Blueberry, Strawberry & Peanut Butter Smoothie



This smoothie is not only extremely delicious, but also very nutritious.  Loaded with berries, it provides lots of antioxidants. Perfect for breakfast as it’s easy to make, and is very filling and satisfying.  In terms of taste, it’s the perfect combination of sweet and nutty. Give it a try, your taste buds will thank you.


2 cups coconut almond milk

lots of ice (I used almost the whole tray)

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1 sliced banana

1 tsp natural unsalted, un-sweetened peanut butter

1 tsp raw honey

Toppings: berries, chia seeds


Add all ingredients to blender, blend and then add toppings. Drink immediately and enjoy! 🙂

  1. Delicious! Can also make with almond milk and almond butter if you want more protein. I also add spinach for iron the only change spinach does is makes the smoothie green but the taste remains unchanged! So yummy and healthy! Loving this blog!

    • Awesome Kelsey, thanks for the suggestion. I love smoothies because you can do so many substitutions and each one tastes just as good!

      I have been debating buying the almond butter, and am going to grab it the next time I’m at Costco.
