Start your morning off right with this delicious Superpower Green Breakfast Smoothie. It’s packed with nutrients that will give you that (healthy) morning boost that you need (me, especially). It’s very sweet and full of potassium, vitamins A, B and C. Hey, it isn’t called a Superpower smoothie for no reason 😀 Top with chia seeds for added fiber, some berries and un-sweetened coconut shavings. Mmm.
1 cup chopped kale
3 frozen bananas
1/2 cup coconut almond milk
1 tsp raw honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
chia seeds, un-sweetened coconut shavings, berries (for toppings)
lots of ice
Mix all ingredients in blender until well blended. Add toppings as desired, and voila! Finished.
