Another morning, another smoothie. To use up the rest of my fresh berries, I decided to make a new smoothie creation. This one is very rich in potassium, fiber, and is packed with some powerful antioxidants.
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1 cup black berries
1 ripe banana
1 skinned and sliced kiwi
1/2 cup coconut milk
chia seeds (handful for smoothie, extra for toppings)
un-sweetened coconut shavings (small handful for smoothie, extra for toppings)
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until all contents are well-blended. Top smoothie with whatever you like – I used chia seeds, un-sweetened coconut shavings and some fresh sliced kiwi.
