Pomegranate-Berry Frozen Bowl




Decided to switch things up for breakfast today. Basically, this was like sorbet for breakfast, but healthy and so delicious! Super easy too. I can’t wait to eat this ALL THE TIME in the summer. Lots of berries in this – so you know what that means, it contains antioxidants, manganese, vitamin C, and fibre. Also, there are only five healthy ingredients in this delicious frozen fruit bowl! I used my single serve ninja blender to blend the fruit and almond milk, then I topped it with fresh kiwi, some unsweetened coconut and goji berries! So simple.


1 1/2 cup frozen berry mix (pomegranate arils, blueberries, blackberries, dark sweet cherries)

1 cup coconut almond milk

1 fresh kiwi

unsweetened coconut

goji berries

  1. I did, but not too much so that the mix was thick and some berries were still in tact. So good. Just a random creation… I can never wait until warm weather to eat frozen things lol.
