A super quick post, but I had to share this. Chia Seed Bubble Tea! So easy and good. Very light, and refreshing. You can use any kind of tea you like too!
1 tbs chia seeds
your choice of milk (almond, coconut, skim, sunflower, etc)
raw honey or agave syrup
1. Brew tea (I used chai tea, but use whatever kind you like). Allow tea to cool completely.
2. Once tea is completely cooled, stir in chia seeds. Stir well.
3. Wait for chia seeds to expand and to create “bubbles”.
4. Stir in your choice of milk and honey or agave.
Note: It is important to continuously stir the chia seeds so that they do not clump. Once they are stirred well, they will set at the bottom of your glass and create a jelly like texture.
