Another recipe from the Oh She Glows Cookbook – this time I tried Angela’s Salt & Vinegar Roasted Chickpeas. If you’re a fan of salt and vinegar chips (I personally love Miss Vickie’s Sea Salt and Malt Vinegar) then you will love these. They are a much healthier option to snacking on chips, and are crunchy and full of flavour.
Super easy to make too, with minimal ingredients (chick peas, white vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt – that’s it). They are gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, sugar-free and grain-free. As I mentioned before, I love the OSG cookbook – it’s filled with beautiful photos of delicious healthy vegan foods. Pick up a copy if you can, you won’t regret it 🙂
Ps, you can find the full recipe for these in the book! I’m looking forward to making some different variations with roasted chick peas. Going to throw some of the leftovers in a salad to use as “croutons”. Nom nom.
