Very Berry Smoothie

Super quick and easy. This smoothie is fresh tasting, and super fruity. Loaded with antioxidants from the berries, it’ll give you a nice energizing boost. If you’re a fan of berries, you’ll love this. Perfect for breakfast or lunch, or an afternoon snack to get you through the rest of your afternoon. As always, it’s nutritious and delicious! It’s raw, vegan and sugar free. Switch up the base by using a non-dairy milk to add creaminess, or make it zesty with fresh orange juice. Smoothie goodness, at it’s finest.


1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1/4 cup non-dairy milk OR fresh orange juice

extra berries, baby spinach or mint leaves for garnish


Throw everything in your blender, and blend it up! Garnish with extra berries and/or spinach/mint leaves.
