Hey chocolate lovers, this one’s for you. Melt in your mouth, smooth chocolate with hints of coconut. Yum. These chocolates are fool-proof and are super easy to make. Sugar-free and dairy-free too. I made these in the spirit of Halloween – some clean, healthy treats! Try these, they only require three simple ingredients and three simple steps!
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
4 tbsp cold pressed organic coconut oil
3-4 tbsp organic blue agave nectar (or to taste) OR pure maple syrup
1. Add cacao, coconut oil and agave into a small pot. Heat over low-medium heat for a few minutes. Stir frequently. Heat until all ingredients are melted and mixture is smooth in texture.
2. Pour chocolate mix into a silicone chocolate mould. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
3. Remove chocolates from the mould and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
