    • This is chia seed pudding. You just add about 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to about a cup of non-dairy milk (I used coconut milk), generally you would ad in a sweetener such as agave syrup or maple syrup, but whole 30 doesn’t allow sugar or sweeteners. I used fresh pineapple pieces with their juice, and unsweetened shredded coc0nut flakes. You stir the seeds in well so it’s well combined, then refrigerate overnight.
